Terms in plain language:

Standard MRP by page count: up to 120 pages ₹249 · 121–200 pages ₹299 · 201–300 pages ₹399. This is the minimum price; authors may price higher and receive 100% of the difference on MAK Bookstore sales.
MAK Bookstore royalty per copy: ₹50 (up to 120 pages), ₹60 (121–200 pages), ₹80 (201–300 pages), plus 100% of any amount priced above the standard MRP.
Amazon/Flipkart earnings shown are estimates after print cost and marketplace fees at actuals; final per-copy amounts vary by marketplace.
Self-delivery: authors purchase copies at author price — ₹0.85 per page + ₹40 binding (for example, ₹210 for a 200-page book) — with free bulk delivery to one address for orders of 10+ copies, and keep the full margin on direct sales.
Bookstore orders are prepaid (UPI/cards/net banking). Cash on Delivery will be introduced shortly.
Royalty rates for newly signed titles may be revised from time to time; rates for already-signed titles remain unchanged.
Books over 300 pages, hardcover and full-colour editions are quoted individually. Printed book sales attract 0% GST; publishing services attract 18% GST.
